Our History

After working within County EPP programs and pathways for many years we wanted to provide players with the opportunity to improve outside of the usual club or county system.

The primary limiting factor to a cricketer's success is fear of failure.

Our goal is to build confidence, to teach players that it's okay to fail, in fact, it's how we improve our skills. 

We allow players to express themselves without fear of failure, therefore, reaching their full potential.

Our aim is to create an environment that is challenging, supportive, and most importantly, enjoyable. It is within this atmosphere that players thrive and gain invaluable confidence and self-belief. We strive to create resilient, self-sufficient cricketers who love and enjoy the game as much as we do.
