​A huge shout out to Alfred, one of our standout cricketers at KW Performance Academy, for earning his spot on the Dorset Emerging Players Pathway! This milestone has been a dream of his since moving to Dorset five years ago, and we're so proud to have been part of his journey.

​

Alfred's dedication has been nothing short of inspiring. At KW, he's honed every part of his game-from his performance during summer to perfecting his technique indoors in winter. Hi hard work has paid off, with the pathway recognising him as a player to watch.

"I got the call-up in October, and it was a massive confidence boost," Alfred shared. "KW has been a huge part of my progress, helping me improve my batting, bowling, and fielding. I wouldn't have made it without their support."

 Balancing school sports, homework, and cricket hasn't been easy, but Alfred has big goals: "I want to play professional cricket, whether that's at a county or international level. KW and the pathway are key to making that happen."

As he prepares for what's shaping up to be an exciting summer of cricket, we can't wait to see how Alfred continues to shine. With his determination and love for the game, the future looks incredibly bright.

Nrupadh Mahesh Selected by Hampshire CC After Excelling at KW Performance Academy

As part of our ‘Success Stories’ series, we celebrate the incredible achievement of Nrupadh Mahesh, who has been selected by Hampshire County Cricket Club. This marks a significant step in his cricketing journey, and we are proud to see his hard work and dedication paying off.

Sharing his thoughts on the selection, Nrupadh said, "It feels really good, getting access to wider coaching and fitness teams."

His journey has been shaped by the training and support at KW Performance Academy, which has played a crucial role in his development. "Attending KW sessions has really helped to improve overall performance in every area with new coaching techniques and allowing me to think deeper about the game. It assisted in identifying areas I need to get better and worked closely on them," he explained.

Looking ahead, Nrupadh has big ambitions. "I want to become a professional cricket player and represent at the highest level of the game," he said.

With his talent, dedication, and the continued support of top-level coaching, this is just the beginning for Nrupadh. His progress with Hampshire CC will be an exciting journey to follow, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for him.

After countless hours of dedication at the KW Performance Academy, Dhanush Pillai has taken a significant step forward in his cricket career. He's been selected by Hampshire CC to join their reowned Player Pathway Program, paving his way toward becoming a professional cricketer!

Hampshire Cricket's Player Pathway is celebrated for its ability to identify and nurture young talent. The program has produced England stars like Chris Tremlett, Danny Briggs, James Vince, Liam Dawson, and Mason Crane. Now, Dhanush joins this elite system, a testament to his hard work and determination.

When asked about his ambitions, Dhanush shared: "I would like to get into one of the men's squads for Hampshire."

Reflecting on how the KW Performance Academy has supported his journey, he said: "There have been good drills, working on my skills and gaining more experience."

The future looks bright for this rising cricket star as he prepares to represent Hampshire with pride and determination. Let's support Dhanush as he continues to chase his dreams!
